Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    2. Contact us for confirmation; sometimes it takes time for a refund to be officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@fregado.shop.
