At Fregado, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. Below is our shipping process and policy:
Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Central European Time – CET)
- Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday) CET
- Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you once your order has been delivered.
Shipping Carrier:
We use trusted carriers, including PostNL, BPost, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely delivery. Shipping is FREE for all orders.
Standard FREE Shipping (2 to 4 Business Days) costs €0.00.
Shipping Locations:
We ship to most European countries and select international locations. However, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If the package is declared lost, contact us at support@Fregado.shop with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
